The Bria Janelle Foundation is a youth development organization committed to creating pathways to leadership, education, and career opportunities for young people — with a focused investment in girls. Through its flagship program, Her Shot Golf, the Foundation uses the game of golf as a vehicle to teach discipline, confidence, financial literacy, and workforce readiness skills that prepare participants for success in school, careers, and life.

As a to-and-through program, the Foundation does more than introduce girls to new experiences — it walks with them as they grow, develop, and transition into college, careers, and leadership roles. By removing financial barriers and providing mentorship, exposure, and structured support, the Bria Janelle Foundation is building the next generation of confident, capable young women ready to lead in their communities and beyond.

Too many young girls have the ability, the potential, and the desire to succeed, but they lack access to the opportunities, mentorship, and exposure needed to reach their full potential. We saw a gap — not in talent, but in support. Not in ambition, but in pathways.

The Bria Janelle Foundation was created to close that gap.

Her Shot Golf is the Bria Janelle Foundation’s signature program designed to develop confident young women through leadership, mentorship, and real-world exposure using the game of golf as the platform.

More than a sports program, Her Shot Golf is a to-and-through leadership and workforce readiness initiative where girls learn discipline, financial literacy, communication, and career skills that prepare them for success beyond the course. Participants receive instruction from experienced PGA and LPGA professionals, connect with industry leaders, and gain access to opportunities that expand their vision for the future.

Through structured sessions, mentorship, and intentional guidance, Her Shot Golf is building pathways — helping girls grow into confident leaders ready for college, careers, and life.
