Too many young girls have the ability, the potential, and the desire to succeed, but they lack access to the opportunities, mentorship, and exposure needed to reach their full potential. We saw a gap — not in talent, but in support. Not in ambition, but in pathways.

The Bria Janelle Foundation was created to close that gap.

We exist to ensure that girls — regardless of their background — have access to the tools, experiences, and guidance that build confidence, expand their vision, and prepare them for the future. Through intentional programming and real-world exposure, we help young women see what is possible and give them the support to pursue it.

Because when girls are given access, they build confidence.
When they build confidence, they seek opportunity.
And when opportunity meets preparation, pathways are created.

Her Shot Golf is the Bria Janelle Foundation’s signature program designed to develop confident young women through leadership, mentorship, and real-world exposure using the game of golf as the platform.

More than a sports program, Her Shot Golf is a to-and-through leadership and workforce readiness initiative where girls learn discipline, financial literacy, communication, and career skills that prepare them for success beyond the course. Participants receive instruction from experienced PGA and LPGA professionals, connect with industry leaders, and gain access to opportunities that expand their vision for the future.

Through structured sessions, mentorship, and intentional guidance, Her Shot Golf is building pathways — helping girls grow into confident leaders ready for college, careers, and life.
